1. Who we are
viihillsgin.com is operated by Grow Spirits Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 15348137), registered office 2 Television Centre, c/o Soho Works, 101 Wood Lane, London W12 7FR ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Age restriction
This website promotes alcoholic drinks and is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.
3. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you use the "Looking for a bottle?" form, we collect your country, your town or city (if you provide it) and your email address.
- Emails you send us. Anything you include when you write to info@viihillsgin.com.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
- Age confirmation. If the age gate stores a choice: a cookie or local storage entry recording that you confirmed you are 18 or over. It does not identify you.
We do not run a shop, take payments or operate a newsletter through this website.

5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Lovable, which hosts the website
- Email provider for info@viihillsgin.com, where the enquiry is stored as an email
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the standard period applied by our hosting provider.
8. Cookies

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
